If your computer still has access to the Internet, we can often fix your system via secure remote access, within minutes of receiving your call. Here's how:

1. Call toll-free (877) 646-9563 and provide your billing information via phone or Internet (all major credit cards are accepted).
2. Your Falcon Technology technician will give you a 6-digit PIN code, enter it below to give your technician temporary access to your computer.
3. Sit back and relax while your technician quickly works to diagnose and resolve your problem!

You will only be charged per minute of productivity, and there is no minimum number of minutes per call. Per minute rates start as low as $1/minute and are dependent on issue complexity. If we can't fix your problem, you don't pay!
