Overview/Job Description: 

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work directly with our government client and support team members to:
? Provide hands on support to our client through the provision of:
o Systems Analysis
o Metrics development
o Data Discovery
o Business Process mapping and Process improvement
o Support for programs and initiatives as commissioned and supported by the client.

? Administrative support to the client for initiatives like:
o CPARS/PPIRS Monitoring
o FPDS Error Tracking
o UNSPSC
o Cost to Spend Analysis
o Business Process Improvement
o Data Quality
? Support determination of operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering
information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
? Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) level administrative support for OAM systems and data structures
o Develop and maintain documentation of processes and data structures
o Track changes and results of improvements and upgrades
? Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
? Provide analytical support in areas such as policy formulation or analysis, program evaluation
and assessment, strategic and business planning, and operations research and analysis.
? Provide insight into the business or technical discipline under evaluation
? Develop and build excellent relationships with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
? Lead client calls and communications including the development of presentations, status reports, and requirements documents.
? Ownership of collaborative Meeting facilitation, agendas, and minutes.
? Support the Functional Change Control and Data Standardization Board (FCCDSB) project that
defines standardized acquisition standards and processes for all client acquisition systems.
? Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.

Required Experience
? BA/BS Degree and minimum of 8 years of general experience.
? Systems Analysis experience, preferably with some financial/acquisition/grants focus.
? Capable of undertaking Discovery efforts for purposes of Business Process Redesign.
? Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
? Systems support experience, basic acquisition knowledge helpful.
? Comfort and Adaptability with technologies and new software.
? Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.
? Exhibit considerable client delivery, business development, and proposal development
experience.
? Strong management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills against difficult due dates and
timelines.
? Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate at all levels in government and
industry.
? US Citizenship required with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Elements
? Basic SQL script writing experience using multiple relational DBMS platforms.
? 6 years’ experience providing Infrastructure and Acquisitions Systems support within the Federal Government.
? Knowledge of relational database technologies, HTML & JavaScript.
? Proposal development experience
? Knowledge of Federal contract vehicles
? Presentation skills
? Experience with government contracting firms supporting the Federal government.
? Active security clearance.
