Full-time employees are eligible to accrue Discretionary Leave for each pay period of service beginning on their Hire Date. The accrual rate for full-time employees working 40 hours per week is as follows:

• < 5 years of service = 10 days per year.
• 5 – 15 years of service = 15 days per year.
• >15 years of service = 20 days per year.
