With this option there are no long term commitments to make and no monthly minimums. • Pre-paid Blocks
  If you know that your technical support needs are more consistent or if you're looking for a way to reduce your hourly cost for support then one of Falcon's packages of pre-paid hours is the way to go. We offer blocks of time in one hour increments starting with as little as five hours. Pre-paid blocks offer an hourly rate that's discounted from our regular pay as you go rate. As the hours are used we'll give you reports of exactly what was done and when so that you can accurately track your usage and forecast future needs. Pre-paid hours don't expire so any hours you paid for and didn't use in a particular time period simply remain in your account for use against future support requests.

  For larger organizations with more extensive support needs, Falcon is pleased to offer a variety of fixed cost yearly service contracts crafted to meet your specific needs. These monthly plans include unlimited help desk and remote support, with discounted rates for onsite assistance. Pricing is based on a per user or per device model with substantial discounts over our hourly options available depending on the contract term.
