TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS ALLIANCE OF NEVADA NAMES RUSSELL SUZUKI
2009 ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR

LAS VEGAS (October 21, 2009) – Russell N. Suzuki, MSCIS, president and CEO of Falcon Technology and Certified Healthcare Systems, Inc., was recently named the 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Technology Business Alliance of Nevada (TBAN), recognizing his contributions to the growth and prestige of Nevada’s technology community. Suzuki received the award at the organization’s 2009 TechNevada Honors Luncheon on October 21 at the Hard Rock Hotel.

“It is truly an honor that my industry peers have selected me to receive this special recognition,” said Suzuki. “This award coincides with a special milestone for Falcon Technology, as we celebrate our fourth anniversary in Southern Nevada. We look forward to strengthening our existing relationships and forging new partnerships for many years to come.”

Founded by Suzuki in August 2005, Falcon Technology provides advanced corporate-grade IT solutions and services to a broad range of healthcare organizations, businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, and U.S. military units. Prior to launching Falcon Technology, Suzuki served in the U.S. Air Force as a hospital administrator where he gained expertise in medical records management, budgeting, human resources, and medical information systems. His active-duty military career culminated in the clinic CIO position at Los Angeles Air Force Base, where he led the conversion from paper to electronic medical records.

Suzuki currently serves as the vice president of the Health Information Management Systems Society - Nevada Chapter, co-chair of the Southern Nevada Medical Industry Coalition electronic health records committee, and technology consultant to the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce.
