FALCONTEK PARTNERS WITH MEDFUSION TO DELIVER WEB SOLUTIONS TO ITS GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Feb 2, 2006 -- Falcon Technology signed a partnership agreement today with MedFusion, the industry leader of web-based clinical and administrative solutions for the healthcare practice. MedFusion's offerings are the latest addition to Falcon Technology's portfolio of healthcare information technology products and services the company customizes and integrates into military, public, and private healthcare systems.

MedFusion's flagship product, the Virtual Office Suite, enables small doctor's offices as well as larger clinics and hospitals to offer patients a secure method of interacting with their doctors via the Internet. Using a private password, a patient can logon to her own page on her doctor's MedFusion-enabled website, where she can view lab results, request prescription renewals, and even have virtual office visits for minor maladies.
