Russell Suzuki
President / CEO
Russell founded Falcon Technology in August 2005 and is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of the company. Prior to launching Falcon Technology, Russell served in the U.S. Air Force as a hospital administrator where he gained expertise in medical records management, budgeting, human resources, and medical information systems. His active duty military career culminated in the clinic CIO position at Los Angeles Air Force Base where he led the conversion from paper to electronic medical records. Russell currently serves as the vice president of the Health Information Management Systems Society - Nevada Chapter, co-chair of the Southern Nevada Medical Industry Coalition electronic health records committee, and technology consultant to the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Jonelle Suzuki
Vice President of Finance and Human Resources and Corporate
Secretary/Treasure
Jonelle oversees all financial functions of the company including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. She is also responsible for the design and implementation of human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Prior to joining the Falcon Technology team, Jonelle managed Accounts Receivable and Billing for a state college. She also brings 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field.

J.P. Kleinhaus
Director of Operations
J.P. joined us in 2007 bringing with him over 10 years experience in the Information Technology field. J.P oversees our 24/7 help desk and is also responsible for the planning and execution of local and regional project installs. He ensures quality and consistent output by creating work standards to effectively manage customer expectations. J.P. previously worked for No-IP, an internet services firm, and served on the board of directors of the American Radio Relay League.

Shaun Layo
Director of Client Services
Shaun joined us in 2007 with over 10 years of Information Technology experience. Shaun oversees ongoing client support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, product usage, and retention. He directs our Field Engineers in the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems. Shaun also coordinates and communicates with third party vendors and implementation specialists who interface with the client organization. |
